I recently went in for a consulation to with Carol after experiencing a horrible haircut at another salon in Houston. She was very nice and took a lot of time with me. My one let down was the cost and lack of attention to their guest. I also had a make-up application with Julie, I'm getting married in a week and needed a few ideas, but the big suprise was the application cost $90! That's a bit crazy if you ask me. She was very nice, but their prices here are a little over the top for me. My bill at the end of the day, including product, cost $245..ummm...I think I'll have to be looking else where. Carol did do a nice job on repairing the cut. Nice salon, needed better attention to guest and prices too high.
Pros: location, amosphere, good parking
Cons: over priced, rushed haircuts, cold staff
