I travel a lot on business and it takes me to Japan. I've been fortunate to be able to taste true quality of food. This past week I stayed in Bellevue, WA. Asked the hotel for a recommendation and was told to check out Flo. So I checked them on CS. I admit, I hesitated after reading prior review, but figured if that person is use to eating supermarket sushi, they dont know much. I found it to be a great find! Service top notch. Hot food menu has a wide variety. The sushi was fresh and generous. It just shows, you can't compare apples with oranges. It's like someone eating supermarket sushi all the time and trying to be a food critic. This is the first time I wrote a ""review"" on CS, but I just had to write one for FLO after seeing what the prior ""reviewer"" wrote.
