During our visit we were eating and also feeding my 6-month old niece. In the middle of feeding her we were asked if we would take her to a section next to the bar because she was being too loud, ""but not to worry because there is air conditioning over there."" We had a few problems with that: 1. The manager was extremely rude and condescending, 2. That section of the restaurant is a next to the smoking section, 3. Any noise she was making was drowned out by the table next to us yelling ""hee haw"". We tried to talk to another manager and he responded with, I have kids, and they don't act like that. We're through with Taste of Texas, their arrogant management, and their self-righteous ownership. Their food is decent, but is comparable to any other restaurant in Houston.
