Don't be too put off by the appearance: it is rundown outside and even more so inside; and you are assaulted by hot, stuff air when you open the front door and walk through the ""parlor"" area towards where you order. YUCK! Enough to make anyone turn around and leave. Persist, however! The barbeque is very good -- just remember it as TAKE OUT rather than eat in. The dining area is slightly seedy; the tables and gummy feeling. Get your food to go, with a blanket you can travel a block up to the banks of the Fox River and have a wonderful summer picnic.
