This is a wonderful place to sample very distinct flavors. I would recommend ordering several small plates. For two people, we were more than satisfied by the lamb tartare and foie gras, fava salad and pistachio-encrusted goat cheese with flatbread, and stuffed dates. Every one of the five dishes was a winner. The restaurant is much smaller than its website might lead you to think - it's not quite the place for a romantic experience, but the decor inside is sumptuous and wonderful. The service is excellent (don't be fooled by the Francophobes). Our only complaint was the music; just because there is a Moroccan cover of the Eagles' ""Hotel California"" doesn't make the song any more tolerable.
Pros: Food (esp foie gras!), Cocktails, Service
Cons: Music (small problem), Small, crowded space
