Overall, the sevices at J. Nicole's are very good. It is conveniently located in
Old Downtown Pickerington in a charming, restored vintage home.
Improvements: Tipping should always be discreet. Receptionist should never ask tip amount at counter, in front of other customers and with the service provider present. Recommend customers tip the service provider personally, immediatley following the service, or customers given the option to silently write in their tip amount on their credit card bill. Other drawback, customers pressured to purchase expensive products. Also, after a massage or a facial, hair is expected to be in a state of disarray - staff should avoid calling attention and joking about customer's appearance in front of other custumors and staff.
