The arrogance was as thick as the burger 7/1/2005

Diner - with 13 stools with Mike's bull logo and 4 tufted black vinyl booths. Look up and see numerous In-n-Out T-Shirts traded to Mike nailed to the ceiling. First, I noticed thick burgers customers were eating. All burgers come with cheese and Mike does not serve fries. Salad has only one dressing - raspberry vinaigrette. Don't like it, tough. The patty is advertised as 1/2lb Harris Ranch Chuck. Burger was grilled not flamed broiled. Meat was juicy, but lacked a pronounced beef flavor. I might as well be biting into a MCD burger. The bun squished down into a thin pancake and barely held up the sandwich. The lettuce was chopped from the salad and kept falling out. Thick red onions and decent tomato slice. The Louisiana burger, $7.95 was not blackened. Just some Cajun spices sprinkeled on. Pros: thick burger, onions, juicy Cons: no fries, Mike's attitude, blackening more
