For my brother-in-law's birthday, we had dinner at New York Prime. We were recommended there by our hotel concierge. Since we didn't have an advanced reservation, I was worried we would wait for a table. Not true! The host was very accomodating. We had a lovely meal with impeccable service. Our group has dined at New York Prime twice since then.
