Like an earlier reviewer I had an alright time trying on dresses, but after you make your selection watch out. The staff is extremely rude on the phone (I traveled almost 2 hours to get there so I had to use the phone to communicate much of the time), they lost a payment check, we had to order a fabric swatch 3 times - each time they swore we never ordered it. The dress came in four weeks before the swatch. Then trying to schedule a time when I could do a verification fitting was a nightmare. The setting is nice and the gowns are pretty, but it is NOT worth the trouble of dealing with the staff. After spending so much money on one item it is heartbreaking to call and be told that ""they are really busy and they don't have time to deal with me.""
