I eat at Longhorn as much as my budget affords. I have never had a burnt steak, a warm salad or old bread. Also, to the best of my knowledge, nobody sings Happy Birthday to you, and that is a huge plus in my book! The staff is always courteous and accommodating (but please stop asking me if this is my first trip to Longhorn).
