As a woman, it is very easy to be misled about what repairs your vehicle needs. Shaun was very honest and straightforward about necessary repairs, and gave an honest opinion when I asked about what another mechanic elsewhere had told me I needed to repair. As a college student on a limited budget, I appreciate the fact that he is willing to take care of his clients.
