I had a 7pm appt. so I may have been the last session of the day. I found the receptionist to be aloof and cold and nobody asked me how the massage was or anything regarding my experience. The massage therapist was fair, but must admit it was the first time I was not asked beforehand if I had any preference for type of massage or had any aches or problems that she should be aware of. She did ask once if the pressure was ok, but that was about it.
I thought because this was a complete spa service that I would be treated in a special way, to feel "pampered". But on the contrary, I felt the staff was not concerned at all about my experience.
