I can't tell you enough why to avoid the Holy Cow. It is one disappointment after another. Once you get past the door staff you must deal with self absorbed bartenders and a DJ who does not know what the hell thier doing. Bartenders are so stuck on themselves it is not even fun. I guess it is a direct reflection upon the owner. Saturday night is by far the worst. The music is poorly mixed and repeats come often. Friday's are at least consistant. It is really too bad that The Holy Cow has been run by the barstaff cuz the owner is too busy looking in a mirror.
