You can order something online and pick it up at the store without having to pay a shipping cost.
They do charge you to deliver items, so that is a drawback.
Don't think you should have to pay $50 to have a $700 stove delivered.
Have a good return policy though. Craftman tools have a warrenty and we've never had a problem returning a tool that broke. They always give a new one off the shelf, or order one and have it ship to our home if out of stock.
