by their salespeople. i was even on a distinct mission: to find jeans. i was in the store for nearly 20 minutes, looking through their racks, obviously in search of something, but not once did someone offer help or even greet me, despite there being 4 employees present. not surprisingly, there were no other customers in the store. and no, i didn't end up buying anything.
