Best Buy - Castleton 6/3/2005

Having formerly worked for this particular Best Buy, I must confess that they are very dollar driven. While this can sometimes be a bad thing, the customer service end of things is quite exceptional. They will do almost anything to keep a customer. At the same time, they will also do almost anything to sell you things that you may not want. The replacement plans are an excellent buy, but the service plans are not always worth the money. You may run into disgruntled employees because the management, in general, treats the employees like numbers, and not like people. One of the best things about Best Buy is that its employees do not work on commission. This means that they will sell you the best item, and not the most expensive. There are certain managers to avoid. In general, ask for Stacy Raes if you want the best help. She has great people skills, and knows just about everything there is to know about Best Buy. One last thing. Get a reward zone card. It's worth it. more
