we had a horrible sales person who had no idea what he was talkiing about. Pointed us toward the far corner, but it was the WRONG corner for the tech dept he was trying to tell us to go to. The tech was great!!! Took us back to the dept and showed us exactly what we'd already been assured by the first guy that they absolutely didn't carry.
