I took my vehicle into Les Schwab when I saw that my tire was very low. Their representative said that I could have a seat in the waiting area while they looked at it. I watched as two young men quickly went about removing my tire, repairing it and putting it back on my vehicle. They also checked the rest of my tire and put air in them. The young man came back in and told me that a screw had been lodged in the tire, that he fixed it and that there would be no charge -- just to come back when I needed tire replacment or service. This all took place in about a 15 minute time period. I was shocked to say the least. I didn't know that customer service like that existed. They have exceptional customer service and I appreciated it. I wil most definitely go back when the time is necessary and will recommend to anyone who will listen.
