My dad came to visit with his 2 year old chevy truck, He needed new brake pads and went to Les Schwab as he likes them at home in Washington state. They tried to get him to replace his power steering unit as they claimed it was worn. Pop's didn't like the mechanics attitude and decided to go elsewhere. He went to Big O down the street who informed him there was no problem, then He took it to the dealer who showed him that it was well within spec.
The mechanic was rude and inconsiderate and bullying.
Nice try but Pop won out.
PROS: They are rude enough that you won't stay
CONS: They are rude enough that you are sorry you went there.
