I kind of hate this particular Fedex Kinkos. If all you want to do is fax something there, go to town. But as far as any other services they provide, be prepared to wait forever for the incompetent staff to figure out what they're doing or that you're even standing at the desk, waiting to be helped. Also, they're always out of the photographic paper for the passport photo service.
