Michelle's Place has got to be the best breakfast in town. The service is friendly (any place that offers my toddler crayons right off the bat always has a place in my heart). The food, while being your standard diner breakfast fare (eggs, pancakes, et cetera), is always good. Your coffee gets refilled just enough to keep your cup hot without being annoying about it. They are crowded on the weekends, so I don't go there as often as I might otherwise, but I'm always glad when I tough it out and get in.
