Customer service is almost as important if not more to me than prices. The customer service at this establishment is beyond rude. I always made my payments on time, but one day i got a nasty call saying they were calling the police or coming to get my stuff. Needless to say i was very upset, and once the smoke had cleared, I had been right. Someone had not updated the computer. I complained to the manager and even wrote to the home office. Rent a center send me a 15 minute phone card for thier mistake. Let me clarify by saying, they also called my mother, brother and sister and harrassed them about my payment that was not made, again it was thier error.
