Hrant takes personal interest in his customers. He explains things well. He doesn't try to sell you service you don't need. He backs up his work.
A water pump that his mechanics installed on my car failed only a few months after installation when I was out of town. I had to have it replaced by a mechanic I didn't know. I called Hrant from the shop, and he told me to bring the defective water pump to him and he would refund what he had charged me for parts and installation (including tax) of the defective water pump. He was true to his word!
