REAL Dim Sum 6/11/2005

It is a real Dim Sum restaurant reminiscent of others in the Chinatowns of San Francisco and Montreal - though the restaurant is smaller and the menu reflects it (no Tofu-Fa). There are Large Family sized tables, the fried/steamed/dumpling carts, and yes, the chicken feet and tripe are right there. It's got all the important stuff, Sticky Rice in Banana Leaf, Char Siu, Roast Duck, Sesame Balls! Yum! What strikes me funny is that they have two different menus - one ""regular"" (Americanized) menu and a ""REAL"" chinese menu with all the good stuff. The place is designed for families, but we regularly go as a couple. It is most crowded on weekends. They open at 11AM. Go early for quickest seating, as the rush shows up at about noon. more
