I had heard great things about the pork tenderloin sandwich and had to try it for myself. We walked right in and were seated immediately, no reservation necessary, although it was 1:15 p.m., near the end of lunch. Anyway, I highly recommend the blue corn pancake as an appetizer. The duck packed inside was the most moist and tender duck I have ever tasted. When your server brings the warm bread basket, be sure to grab the corn muffin before someone else does. Delicious! All of this was a mere prelude to the pork tenderloin sandwich, which is truly a taste sensation! Almost undescribable, this sandwich has me waiting with great anticipation for my next trip to Vegas! The restaurant itself is very unassuming, with warm southwest colors and tones. The staff was very friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable, too.
