This restaurant allows for the focus of the experience to be on the created cuisine rather than the decor. The tastefully decorated interior ceilings and wine wall give this location a softened ambience. The chef's are more than creative with the various combinations of spices and ingredients used to paint their master pieces. One of my favorite desserts of theirs is the vanilla cream Brule. They currently have a chocolate one on the menu which doesnt come close to the vanilla cream Brule. Another favorite is the homemade potato chips with drizzled truffle oil and sprinkled with parmesan cheese, yummy!! I love the fact that you can have a pairing with each course, even dessert. As a local I truly love visiting Delmonicos and look forward in Emeril's next Las Vegas venture.
Pros: large wine selection, dining at bar
Cons: restroom too far
