They claim to have the best Tri Tip sandwich in the world. Yet they didn't cook it to order. They didn't bring me the condiments I ordered on it. They didn't want to fix it, they just wanted to argue that they were right and I was wrong. Even if they had gotten it right I am sure I can think of Dozens of places I have gotten much better saandwiches. They are high priced for very poor quality food and service.
