That shop has more knowledge in their little finger than most shops have all together. They are a Mom & Pop shop so you can still get genuine personal attention. They just expanded to include a lot of the clothes and novelties you can buy when you ""browse"" a bike shop and they have more than doubled the service side. If nothing else, you can talk with the guys who are actually doing the work. They're still small enough to have a personal relationship with their customers.
