I have lived in Harvard square for years... Finale is #1. Thier desserts are to die for, i find myself craving the Majari and Molton Chocolate cake constantly. The prelude menu is wonderful and light as well. The prices are just right for the quality, taste, and presentation of the desserts. Not to mention the service! The servers are all young, very good looking, and attentive. The managers are always present and willing to help with any customer request. THe Chefs create desserts in front of customers and are always offering smiles and explainations of desserts for interested customers. I find myself leaving at least 20% tip if not more for the excellent service and experience. Expect waits on weekends, so stop in ahead of time and put yoru name on a wait list, while you explore Harvard Square. THe organized hosts will call you when your table is ready.
