The Top of the Harbor is on the top floor of the Radisson Hotel and it revolves for a great view of Lake Superior and the city. It makes a full rotaion every 70 minutes. Everyone should try it at least once. We have only eaten breakfast and lunch here but the food has been good and reasonably priced considering the view.
