Food Studio just added a new executive chef, and it shows. Great food. Perfectly executed. Very seasonal, produce-driven menu. No foo-foo-overdone-fusion crap. Had the quail appetizer with cornmeal crusted sweatbreads and the duck. Absolutely blew me away. Also some of the best ambiance of any restaurant I've been to in Atlanta yet. Check this one out!
