You know how it feels when you find a salon and hair designer where you feel comfortable, really listened too, and pleasantly surprised with the results? Rocket is that salon, and Neil is that designer. He has found ways of working with my hair that nobody else has. Can you imagine how good that feels?
This is not a slick salon where they try to kick you out as soon as possible. It's a little unassuming place on Emerson in Palo Alto. The music and atmosphere are great, Neil is very easy to talk to, and he never tries to hard sell you on products. I looked far and wide, for a long, long, LONG time to feel this way about a designer. If you want to feel this way too, try Rocket. It's like taking a little vacation.
