Wow - I had high expecations based on the 9.7 point ranking, but Rey's didn't live up to the mark. The marketing tag line says ""Fine Dining with a French Quarter Flare"", but they forgot the french quarter. There are more Italian items on the menu than there are French Quarter specialties!
