After I phoned in my reservation, they lost it and I had to wait 20 minutes with no apology whatsoever. The rice noodles were tough and old, the shrimp obviously pre-frozen small variety, and the mango pudding straight out-of-the-box. It is sad that this substandard quality of dim sum exists in the Triangle and people have little place else to go. Although service is bad at most Chinese places, at least you expect the food to be decent. I will not be coming here ever again. If you're not going to take reservations, then just say so over the phone, not when the customer arrives!!!
Cons: Food freshness, Service, Courtesy
