You can always count on finding a table at Purans with relatively no wait. This is not a reflection on the quality of restaurant. As one other reviewer stated its a hidden gem in Los Feliz. Food is always excellent and consistent. We have had a variety of things on the menu and specials and have enjoyed all. Service can be spotty at times so if you are looking to spend half your meal talking to your waiter this is not your place. Dan the waiter is great, very friendly and always remembers a familiar face. Give it a try, but don't tell too many people about it...
