I have had my new E350 at this dealership three times for the same problem. In addition to the re-occurring problem, the level of service at W.I. Simomson has not been acceptable. Here is the level of service I have experienced at this dealership:
My service representative not available at the time of scheduled appointments.
25 plus minute wait for a courtesy ride approx. two miles.
No returned calls, in fact representative did not call me when vehicle was ready I have to call several times to get to a real person with information about my car.
I receive far superior service at Honda dealership in fact the level of overall service is not even comparable.
Cons: poor customer service, poor customer service, poor customer service
