I went to Scott a few months back for a color and haircut. his attitude was cocky and I was there for 4 hours. I told them when I made my appointment that I had a wedding that afternoon, and Scott said I would be done in plenty of time. When I arrived I waited like 40 minutes and I again asked if I would be done on time. scott insisted that he'd have me ""looking fabulous in time"" for the wedding. But I was late for the wedding and to top it off HE knew I was late and didn't even apologize or acknowledge it, but the girl at the front desk did. I don't appreciate someone who doesn't value my time. I didn't want to be sitting there waiting all day, but I did. I'd rather go somewhere else where it only takes an hour or so.
