We dined there Sunday eve - not too busy but most tables were full. We sat down right away waited about 15 minutes for someone to come by and eventually had to call over someone for service. We finally got a server and the service from there was painfully slow. Once we put our order in it took forever for our entrees. We were told a few times it was slow due to a server calling sick - not sure what that had to do with the kitchen. We ordered the chocolate bomb dessert halfway through dinner to ensure it would be ready 20min to prepare) and it ended up prob about 30 to 40 min.
Overall - overpriced and slow service. We had the same issue with the boullibase - they were out of lobster but we heard how great it was with the lobster (after we ate it)!
