I started going to Solstice a month or so after opening. The food and drinks then were great. The last few times I've been have been less than stellar experiences. The food menu has changed since opening, as has the quality. It's inconsistent at best. The drinks are alright, but nothing to really write home about. It seems now that the place has some regular clientele, it seems the quality and service just aren't what they used to be.
