I came to Villa Romana Ristorante for a business function with my company and was completely overwhelmed by the incredible menu and service they offer. The exquisite dishes were so carefully and masterfully prepared that even my coworker who was a chef at one point in Northern Italy, was shocked. His overall expectation was minimal from such a small neighborhood restaurant! However, he, I and the rest of our party were very satisfied and impressed by the end of the evening!
The service was equally superb. The waiters were Italian and trained from the ""Scuola Alberghiera"" in Northern Italy, I hope this is the correct spelling. In any event, they were masters and it showed by their attentiveness and knowledge about the food and wine they offered to the very busy restaurant!
The owner, Tony was a very gracious host attending to everyones needs and aiding his servers wonderfully!
