I got a gift from my aunt in Wyoming and because it didn't fit my daughter I wanted to return it to Sears. I tried to return it but the product itself had been discontinued. The staff at Sears in Alderwood Mall were helpful and understanding and told me to get the reciept (or a copy) and it could be returned with no hassle. A few days later I returned with the reciept and they gave me a gift card in the amount the gift was originally for. I was impressed with the prefessionalism of the staff and their attitude toward me and my situation. In addition, I am impressed with the store's prices on clothing, it's understandable, and they have some great sale items! Three cheers for Sears!
