I have purchased several computers from Best Buy and I like
computer repair department and can always get answers
to my questions and help with my problems. However, the
customer service in the sales department is terrible. Several
weeks ago I wanted to buy a $1200 computer and there were
at least 7 salesmen walking around and nobody offered to
help me, even when I stood in front of their circular computer
help desk. As soon as they saw me coming they walked away. Finally I got the SBC Yahoo rep who happened to be
in the store and he got somebody to wait on me.
PROS: They carry a good selection of computers and accessories.
CONS: Customer service in sales is the worst.
