I have bought all of my appliances from Sears and so did my parents..... I finally last year had to get rid of my 30 year old kenmore washer and dryer, they had seen better days..... Their service department is really quite good, if they cannot fix something that they are on a house call for they will let you apply that to a new purchase at their store...... They also have a parts store in North Hollywood where I have gotten a few parts myself and they explained to me how to install/fix them and saved me a lot of money..... They also will warrany other brands besides their own which is nice......
