A friendly staff and state of the art facilities make this the best pediatric dental office in the area. The waiting room includes a play structure and an oversized television that shows "kid friendly" programing. The interior waiting room includes multiple video games (the reason my son loves going to the dentist). The children are cared for in an open "bay", and so a premium is placed on keeping them comfortable and reassured. Downsides would be the sometimes long wait (when a child is having a difficult time, appointments behind him will be delayed) and the fact that they prefer that parents not accompany children during treatment. I have not found this to be an issue with my normally clingy children, but it might disturb some parents.
