This is the 3rd time eating at this restaurant, each time progressively worse. The 2nd and 3rd times have been because it was a friend's birthday (who requested to try it) and the 3rd time was because they advertised internet connections (which wasn't true). The food was terrible, cold when should be warm, soup was burned tasting, told side salad was $2.50 and charged $3.00. Promised cannolis because of the problems - then another person said they wouldn't give them to us. Overall, terrible. I will tell everyone I know not to go to Cinelli's. Now I know why hardly anyone was in this restaurant at lunch time.
