This bar has potential to be a nice hangout. There is a charming patio with trees and heat lamps. However, the problem is that the drinks are small and more expensive than comparable bars. I have no problem paying higher prices for alcohol if the overall value of the establishment is worth it, but this bar is not. This is an average bar on a lousy street in SOMA. No wonder the place was dead on a recent Friday night.
Additionally, there is a jukebox to choose music from. What knowledgeable bar owner actually has a jukebox in his/her bar. And it was spitting out banal music from the 70's and 80's. Note to bar owner: align your drink prices to fit the value of the establishment and your competition, and spring for a decent sound system playing modern music and then you might have more patrons showing up.
Pros: nice patio
Cons: overpriced drinks, small drinks, bad, bad music
