Went to Smokejack for the first time the other night with my wife. We we very happy when we left. I had a combo plate with pork ribs, lamb ribs and beef brisket, and it rocked! The meats were smokey and perfectly seasoned, the sauce was sweet, sticky and awesome. The sides were all fresh and delicious. My wife doesn't like barbecue so she had the grilled Rainbow Trout. It was tremendous, fresh and cooked just right. The service staff was fast, enthusiastic and good looking. We're happy Smokejacks here!
