Tonight Jerry's special was cajun stuffed fish. It was the best fish I have ever tasted. The Talapia (I think that is how it's spelled) was stuffed with shrimp, crawfish, and lobster in a creole sauce. My husband and I thought we had died and gone to heaven. I love the way Rey lets Jerry get creative with his specials. The French Quarter chefs could learn a lot from Rey and Jerry.
