In a town full of seafood restaurants where value is accomplished by quality of food, service, and atmosphere R Bar café and RM Seafood lacks the bait to set the hook. Although the quality of seafood is good it is poorly executed. On multiple visits side dishes detracted from the main seafood course with raw risotto, gummy chive mash potatoes, and overly salty mushrooms on the sea bass plate. Desserts were unenthusiastically boring, bland, and below average. Overall Rick Moonen deserves a C average for is average restaurant in a sea of celebrity chefs.
Pros: Qualty Seafood
Cons: Side Dishes, Price, Dessert
