I've only been to the bubble lounge a few times, by choice. I usually end up going because someone else thinks it sounds fun...this place is not fun or anything special. Expect poor service, poor food, and unless you like champagne...poor drinks.
Being so close to North Beach....you shouldnt waste your time here, unless it is empty, can talk the staff into allowing you to sit at one of the 10 reserved tables (not reserved for someone who called ahead, reserved for the fools who spend $100 on a bottle of $25 champagne!), and REALLY NEED a glass of champagne.
North Beach has too many option for this to be a ""must see"" spot.
